I'm so glad you stopped by. I am a busy mother of two who has changed her life through training and diet and never giving up! I have never been happier or more fulfilled in my life.

Please check the updates link on the left as I am trying to keep record of the journey and process of getting to stage with a better physique and presentation better with each show.
